Keys to a Successful Project
The 3 things to check … BEFORE YOU DECIDE
- 1. Make sure your roofing company has a “C-39 ROOFING LICENSE” Most general contractors are not roofing specialist and are not mandated to carry workers compensation. Many licensed contractors (without a C-39 license) will install new roofs, however they often miss key details and sometimes complete the work with without a permit. We will pull a roof permit for any job that requires it and handle all inspections from start to finish. Available 24/7
- 2. Make sure your roofing company has LIABILITY INSURANCE Many “lower cost” roofing companies do not carry liability insurance as it’s not mandatory to hold a license. We carry liability insurance with $1,000,000.00 in coverage.
- 3) Make sure you know WHO IS ACTUALLY DOING THE WORK. Many roofing companies, even large established ones will use temporary day labor. While temporary labor is lower cost they generally do not have the proper training or insurance. Our in-house crews receive training from the major roofing manufactures and our subs are fully vetted and licensed so not only will your new roof be installed correctly the first time, we can offer you a better warranty.
